Service-request contact
Submitting the required consent authorizes Water Damage TN and participating independent service providers to contact you by phone or text about the request, including through automated technology where permitted. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply.
Marketing is separate
The optional marketing checkbox is separate and unchecked by default. You can ask to stop marketing texts by replying STOP or using the contact method on this site.
Legal review
Consent language, quiet hours, suppression procedures and record retention should be reviewed by qualified counsel before campaign launch.
